Yeah, that is what everyone in MS wishes for; yeah, it will alleviate some of the frustrations,uh?
It is good then to see the news from Ovum, where they say WP7 is “set to be fastest growing platform in 2011”.
That’s good, but of course one thing is growing 100% when you have an installed base of millions, another if your users are very few; the road for a serious presence of WP is still longer.
The best news the article discusses though are that part of this success derives from devs and their engagement on this platform; I am not sure yet about it and have not seen many numbers, but if it is so this is usually a much better indicator for the longer term; good!
