Why am I not surprised


In his article from the UK, Khidr Suleman describes the business reasons that would support a tighter integration between SAP and OpenText, or even an acquisition.

Not sure what makes most financial sense (it would definitely depend on the price o f course, and OpenText is sufficiently cash-flow rich not to be too cheap anyway), but this is just another comment that describes how market consolidation is accelerating along the lines of the few strategic SW Platform vendors.
